Coaching has been a core part of my career since 2017. Alongside competing at three Olympic Games — Rio 2016 Summer Olympics, Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics and Paris 2024 Summer Olympics — I have worked with shooters of all levels, from complete beginners through to national and international competitors.
My coaching philosophy is built on clarity, simplicity and repeatable performance under pressure.
Areas of focus include:
Whether you’re picking up a shotgun for the first time or preparing for national selection, my goal is to help you build a technically sound and mentally strong foundation that stands up in competition.\
Coaching is available at my range in Mulwala, NSW, or I can travel to your club or facility. Sessions are flexible — from two-hour technical tune-ups to half-day intensive development blocks.
As an active international competitor working toward LA 2028, I bring current, world-level insight into every session. What I coach is not theory — it’s what is required to perform on the Olympic stage.
Fully insured and compliant, you can train with confidence under my instruction.
Elite sport provides lessons that extend far beyond the range.
As a three-time Olympian and Australia Day Ambassador (2022 & 2023), I speak to schools, community groups, sporting organisations and businesses about high performance, resilience, discipline and managing pressure.
Now, as a 30-year-old athlete balancing professional sport, trade work and family life — including being a father — my presentations offer a grounded and relatable perspective on what it takes to pursue excellence while managing real-world responsibilities.
Presentation topics include:
Sessions are typically 30–45 minutes and can be tailored to suit formal keynote settings or interactive Q&A formats.
My aim is simple — to provide honest insight into high performance and inspire others to pursue their own goals with clarity and commitment.
Building a shooting range requires technical knowledge, compliance awareness and practical experience.
Having constructed my own range and trained at facilities across the world, I offer consulting and advisory services for clubs and organisations looking to build or upgrade their shooting facilities in line with international standards, including ISSF requirements.
Services include:
I can attend sites to assist during planning and development stages, helping ensure your facility is safe, functional and built for long-term success.
